Addition is a skill-matching website for employers and job-seeking former refugees; it aims to put bias aside and allow individuals to be seen for their skills and experiences rather than a name by the media. ‍The brand aesthetics aim was to 'break the corporate feel,' creating a welcoming and, most importantly, empowering brand identity.
