East by West introduces a more accessible and efficient way for commuters to get to work on time and plan in advance. The east by West ferry is a common form of transport for Wellington commuters of the Eastbourne area; however, the service is heavily influenced by weather and can often be delayed or even cancelled. We can't change the weather, but we can create a way for commuters to know before they go. This app allows commuters to understand the situation well in advance, giving them time to make other arrangements offered through the app, such as catching an Uber or getting the bus.
